About Us

On any given night, Arizona Financial Theatre transforms a stretch of West Washington Street into the loudest block in Phoenix. The floor fills, the lights drop, and the gap between the crowd and the stage feels almost nonexistent. That proximity is the whole point. The venue was designed so that even the back rows put you closer to the action than you'd expect, and reviewers notice it every time.

The room holds its own for sound, too. Whether you're catching a rock reunion tour or a stand-up comedy headliner, the mix carries cleanly across the floor and into the upper sections. Comfortable seats, easy row access, and a clean facility mean you're focused on the performance rather than fighting the space.

Located at 400 W Washington St in downtown, the theatre draws acts that range from punk legends like NFG and Yellowcard to nationally touring comedians and theatrical productions. Pro tip from regulars: the Jackson Street Garage is your smoothest entry and exit point. Skip the parking stress, show up ready, and let the show do the rest.

What We Offer

Arizona Financial Theatre operates as one of Phoenix's most versatile live-event destinations. On the concert side, the calendar runs deep, covering rock, pop, hip-hop, country, and comedy with a rotation of national and international touring acts that few downtown venues can match in frequency or variety.

Beyond ticketed shows, the venue opens its doors for private events, corporate gatherings, and banquet-style receptions that use the full architectural drama of the space. Wedding ceremonies and receptions held here carry the built-in wow factor of a professional stage and lighting rig that no hotel ballroom can replicate.

The box office and on-site store handle ticketing, merchandise, and event logistics under one roof. Whether you're buying seats for tonight's show or planning a private buyout event, the staff manages the details so your group can focus on the experience.

"I’ve been to many shows here. Parking in the Jackson St Garage allows easy access. Getting in and out is easy. The sound is decent inside the venue. I’m giving it three stars because there is always some sort of issue. One time my seats were obstructed view without warning. Another time the sound was off. During my most recent show the whole place smelled overwhelmingly of Fabuloso. It was so bad our clothes smelled like it. Basically something is always off."

"Love this venue although the parking near here is awful but that has nothing to do with the venue. Anywhere you sit in the venue is awesome. Got to see NFG and Yellowcard here with my 13 yr old. What an amazing show! Getting in and out was also amazingly fast thanks Arizona financial for getting us in quick absolutely amazingly fast nothing like the baseball field where I missed the first two openers because it was so difficult to get in. Love Arizona financial!"

"The seats were comfortable. The stadium was set up nice and close to the stage, so visibility was great. It was clean, and seats were easy to access. The seats were very close together. The people next to us moved from their seats a lot, so my group had to stand up multiple times to let them past us. I guess if that is the price you pay for closer seats it's okay. We end up s and dropping drinks to let them pass. Food was expensive."

"Yesterday, we had the pleasure of watching 'Twas the Night Before' by Cirque du Soleil at 1pm, and it was an absolute delight! The performance was incredible, filled with joy and beauty. The seats were comfortable, although it can be a bit cramped for those with a larger build. Although we had a good time at the event, our departure was marred by a staff member speaking harshly to my wife about disposing of her shaker containing ice water- Considering that the staff seemed to be the center of attention for others, rather than us, I believe a more thoughtful approach would have been more suitable. That experience has put a damper on my enthusiasm to attend the ‘Attack on Titan World Tour’ in March 2026."
